At 7:02 AM, pablo said...: This is a piece of manchester Banksy inspired artist 'BAM'. He came to local fame by doing a yellow zomvbie traffic warden, that sparked the usual 'is it a bansky' debaye. He doesnt seem to like traffic wardens!
